Yale Human Resources staff recently promoted - June 2022

Yale Human Resources is pleased to announce two recent promotions:

Congratulations to Maya Polan who was recently promoted to the position of NHHI Program Manager, reporting to Chris Brown, Director, New Haven Community Hiring Initiatives. Maya will be starting in her new role on July 11, 2022. In her new role, Maya will research and develop partnerships within Yale University while creating new strategies to increase hiring from the New Haven community. In addition to community efforts, she will monitor and enhance all NHHI reporting. Maya will conduct exploratory interviews, creating a pipeline of candidates for both the temporary and regular positions, and oversee candidate management through all processes and procedures while partnering with hiring managers, HR Employee Relations, Staffing, Yale Unions, and New Haven Works.

Josette Wilkins is being promoted to the position of Senior Administrative Assistant (Employee Services Floater), reporting to Rachelle Ianniello on August 1, 2022. In her new role, Josette will serve as the principal source of HR information for faculty, staff, visitors, and vendors. This role will also support the Employee Service Center with case management and processing of inquiries. Congratulations Josette!
