Policy 3201 General Purchasing – FAQs and information sessions

Policy 3201, General Purchasing

On May 18, 2022, Policy 3201, General Purchasing, was updated to include new language prohibiting transaction splitting of Purchase Orders (POs). In support of this update, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) have been uploaded to the Procurement website. Information sessions have been created to review the policy changes and impact.

Policy 3201 information sessions will:

  • Answer your questions regarding updated Policy 3201.
  • Highlight FAQs and best practices.
  • Provide the information you need to process POs successfully.
  • Guide you on how to engage with the Procurement team for support.

The Information Sessions will occur between Wednesday, September 21, and Thursday, October 6, 2022. View the course description and register via the Training Management System (TMS) for one of the informational sessions below.
