Best overnight oats

Makes 1 serving
Base ingredients
- ½ cup quaker rolled oats (not quick cooking or instant)
- ½ cup almond milk
- ¼ cup greek yogurt or any plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
Optional add-ins
- ½ cup fresh peach skin on, slivered almonds, ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ mashed banana, ½ tsp vanilla extract, ½ tsp cinnamon, walnuts or dark choc chips or both
- ½ chopped apple, peanut butter, pecans, ½ cinnamon
- ¼ cup small diced pineapple, 1 tbsp shredded coconut
- ¼ cup shredded carrot, 1 tbsp shredded coconut, raisins, ½ vanilla extract,1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
- Mix together base ingredients well and add in extra ingredients.
- Place in 16 oz jar/Tupperware. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Can be eaten cold or you can microwave it for one minute and 20 seconds.
