Salesforce “Dreamforce” Conference Recap 2022

Team members from HR Innovation and Strategic Support (HRISS), HR Employee Services, and IT attended the annual Salesforce conference known as “Dreamforce” in San Francisco, CA, from September 20-22, 2022.
 
This year marked the first in-person conference for Salesforce since 2019 and Salesforce’s 20th Dreamforce Anniversary. It was a family reunion with over 1,000 sessions in a sold-out conference. The week was filled with networking, information sessions, inspiring speakers like Jane Goodall, Former Secretary of Defense Robert Gates, and U2’s Bono. The night was capped off with a concert by the Red Hot Chili Peppers!
 
“A new day” was the dominant theme of this year’s conference. Keynote speeches and various sessions celebrated attendees as “Trailblazers” with the power to adapt and help drive change within their organizations.
 
“It is always great to hear from Salesforce and share ideas with other Trailblazer customers in innovation to enhance the user experience by fully maximizing our investment in the Salesforce technology,” said Jodi McCullagh, Director of Employee Services.
