Yale Human Resources staff recently promoted – October 2022

Yale Human Resources (HR) is pleased to announce this recent promotion:

Join us in congratulating Candice van Emmenes who was recently promoted to Assistant Director, supporting Hospitality and Facilities. Candice joined Yale in 2015 and since that time has consistently partnered with clients to improve workforce management, union relations, and retention. 

She also made significant contributions to internal HR projects including the Strategic Recruiting Initiative, Workplace Survey Committee, and the M.A.Y Essentials — Performance Management Working Group.

Prior to Yale, Candice held several Human Resources leadership positions in the hospitality industry, at Gate Gourmet and Hilton Worldwide.
