Yale Human Resources staff promotions – December 2022

Yale Human Resources is pleased to announce these recent promotions:

Please join us in congratulating Kalisha Fitzpatrick, who was recently promoted to a recruiter on the Talent Acquisition team, reporting to Christina Hayden, assistant director Talent Acquisition. Kalisha transitioned to this role on October 1, 2022, having served as a junior recruiter/talent sourcer for Talent Acquisition.

We are excited to announce that Fran Treusch has accepted the Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) role supporting Obstetrics and Gynecology and the Neurology and Orthopaedics Integrated Business Office at the Yale School of Medicine. In this role, she will partner with fellow HRBPs on the clinical team to provide strategic guidance and expertise supporting the IBOs and FY ‘23 priorities. Fran will report directly to Georgia Masell.

For 25 years, Fran supported various clients across the university, including Facilities, Yale Art Gallery, Yale Center for British Art, the School of Divinity, the School of Music,the Institute of Sacred Music, the School of the Environment, Athletics, and FAS Science departments. Since July 2017, Fran partnered with the Custodial and Grounds Maintenance departments within Facilities. Throughout her career, Fran has navigated challenging cultural issues, partnered with Local 35 leaders to establish a solid partnership with Best Practices, worked jointly to recruit for openings, implement training programs, and collectively resolved disputes without grievances for the Local 35 custodial population. Fran an abundant wealth of institutional knowledge to her new position at the School of Medicine. Join us in congratulating her!

Join us in congratulating Dan Diamond who was recently promoted to Absence Management, program administrator, reporting to Raina Sorgenti, associate director of Benefits. Dan will transition to this role, having served as a Paid Family and Medical Leave program analyst for the Benefits team.
