Carrie Reny has joined the Talent Acquisition team as a recruiter reporting to Christina Hayden, Assistant Director, Staffing. As one of Yale’s ambassadors, Carrie will lead full-cycle recruitment of administrative and technical regular positions and serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers throughout the hiring process by sourcing, screening, and recommending talent. Carrie brings a wealth of knowledge and experience and holds a B.A. in Sociology from Western New England University.
 
Nakisha Jones has joined the Talent Acquisition team as a recruiter reporting to Christina Hayden, Assistant Director, Staffing. As one of Yale’s ambassadors, Nakisha will lead full-cycle recruitment of administrative and technical regular positions and serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers throughout the hiring process by sourcing, screening, and recommending talent. Nakisha brings a wealth of knowledge and experience and holds an M.B.A. from Post University and an M.S. in Political Science from Southern Connecticut State University.
 
Devon Riley has joined the Diversity and Work-Life team as the senior administrative assistant, reporting to Marinda Monfilston, Senior Diversity Coordinator. Devon will provide administrative support to the Office of Diversity & Inclusion and the Work Life and Childcare Programs and serve as a source of information to affinity group leaders and members on programs and events.
Jasmine Shadburn has joined the HCMS Solutions team as an architect reporting to Heather Barnett, Manager, Human Resources, HRISS. As part of the HR technology team, Jasmine will support the functional development of Yale’s payroll, time tracking, benefits and absence management modules. She will also partner with the key stakeholders in HR to evaluate requirements, research solutions, and advise stakeholders on best practices and considerations when making decisions.
 
Tyler Thorpe has joined the Organizational Effectiveness & Staff Development team as a senior organizational development consultant reporting to Deidre Stowe, Associate Director, Organizational Development. Tyler will build talent management tools and programs that enhance the organizational and individual capabilities of the staff at Yale. Serving as an internal consultant, he will provide organizational development services to Yale departments based on research, best practices, and project management expertise. Tyler has over 25 years of global HR and OD experience partnering with organization leaders to build great workplace cultures and deliver workforce strategies supporting business objectives.
