Procurement announces set rental rates

Procurement has negotiated set rental rates for tents, tables, chairs, etc. with Abbey Tents & Party Rentals, Mr. Tents LLC, Stamford Tent, and Taylor Rental. You can find their contact information and pricing rates on the Buying Guide web page.

Tent placement must be approved by Joe Signore, Landscape & Grounds Management before the rental order is finalized. He can be reached via email at joseph.signore@yale.edu.  

The Fire Marshal’s office must inspect and approve all tent setup plans to ensure they meet Yale’s safety code. To schedule an inspection, contact the Fire Marshal’s office at 203-432-9925.
