Workday 2023 Release 1 – Non-Sponsored Accounts Receivable tasks and fields renamed

To provide clarity and consistency, Workday has renamed the following tasks when you access them from the related actions menu of a customer invoice:

• Writeoff Bad Debt to Write Off
• Writeoff Bad Debt on Customer Invoice to Write Off Customer Invoice
• Writeoff Bad Debt on Customer Invoice Adjustment to Write Off Customer Invoice Adjustment

Workday also renamed these fields:

• Default Writeoff Reason to Default Write-off Reason
• Total Writeoff Amount to Total Write-off Amount
• Totals by Writeoff Reason to Totals by Write-off Reason
• Writeoff Amount to Write-off Amount
• Writeoff Date to Write-off Date
• Writeoff Reason to Write-off Reason
