Yale Human Resources staff recently promoted – April 2023

Yale Human Resources is pleased to announce these recent promotions:
David Hazall-Farell has been promoted to senior software engineer on the Human Capital Management (HCM) Enterprise Application Services team, reporting to Arun Darwar, associate director, Human Resources/Payroll/Faculty Systems. David transitioned to this role on January 1, 2023, having served as a software engineer with the same unit.
Heather Barnett has been promoted to HRISS, human resources manager for the HCM Solutions Architecture: Total Talent team, reporting to Whitney-Ann Bradshaw, associate director, human resources, HRISS. Heather transitioned to this role on January 1, 2023, having served as a project manager.
David Kelly has been promoted to associate director for the Labor Relations team, reporting to Joe Sarno, director of Labor Relations. David transitioned to this role on March 27, 2023, having served as a strategic labor relations advisor since joining Yale in May 2019.
