Yale Human Resources welcomes new hires – April 2023

Please join us in welcoming the following new hires to Yale’s Human Resources community:

Earl McCoy recently joined HR as the diversity program coordinator reporting to Marinda Monfilston. Earl will act as the primary programming liaison with Yale’s affinity groups, assist with program coordination, design, marketing, logistics and relationship management, and budget development and adherence. He will also consult with University department leaders to provide customized departmental educational initiatives for staff.

Paige Seletsky recnely joined the Talent Acquisition team as an M&P recruiter. Paige will partner with hiring managers to analyze staffing needs and effectively develop appropriate goals. Paige will report directly to Ali D’Amico, associate director, Talent Acquisition.
