Yale Public Safety participates in Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics

Yale Public Safety staff, police, and security officers participated in this year’s Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics Connecticut to raise funds and awareness for the organization.
The annual Torch Run is Special Olympics’s largest statewide grassroots fundraising event. Funds raised during the Law Enforcement Torch Run help athletes participate in athletic and social events.
Participants in this year’s run include Assistant Director of Security Tom Madera; Sergeants Michael Dominique and Dan Rainville; Officers Roberto Arango, Bruce Gilkes, Dara Malone, Tony Maresca, Cody McGinnis, Erik St. Germain, Davonta Sumrell, and Greg Swiantek.
