Participating in New Haven Promise significantly enhanced my experience in obtaining an internship with the FAS Business Operations team throughout Summer of 2023 and my senior year. New Haven Promise connected me with valuable resources for internship opportunities and different workshops to build my resume. With this internship, I applied my academic knowledge into this role. I was able to gain hands-on experience with different financial systems, analyze financial statements, develop critical skills, and build on my communication skills with different departments/teams. This support was influential in preparing me for my current role, making my internship both impactful and rewarding.

I would also like to extend a special shout-out to Christi Papa, Phil Bujalski, and his team. With their guidance and support, they made my internship experience incredibly rewarding. Thank you!
