The form, often referred to as the “SIC Form,” was updated to reflect and improve current practice.  Specifically, because the former FDP Pilot Letter of Intent form is no longer in use, the updated SIC form is now used for all subrecipients (except the few specifically called out in the form’s instructions).  This change is intended to simplify process and reduce confusion surrounding multiple forms.

The procedure was updated to simply align the document’s instructions with the new use of the SIC form.  The revisions are minor and clarifying in nature.

Additional communications and training opportunities related to these updates will also be available in an upcoming OSP Brown Bag, OSP News & Update, future SPA trainings, as well as several OSP webpages.
