Yale is implementing a new job framework that classifies jobs based on the function they perform within the university.

This provides consistency in Managerial and Professional (M&P) job profiles among similar roles, making the talent acquisition process more efficient. Over time, it will also help employees identify the skills and competencies needed for professional growth, including the expected level of proficiency required to reach their goals.
