The Office of Facilities oversees facilities operations, planning and project management, utilities and energy management, sustainability, and related business and administrative work. It also oversees contractor and consultant work from risk management and insurance to contracts to design and construction guidelines.
The department’s Facilities Operations Customer Service Center is the central support system for all Facilities matters on campus, such as heating and cooling; lighting adjustment and repair; mechanical, electrical, and plumbing repair; custodial services; and general building maintenance and repair.
