Donna Cable is responsible for the HR Generalist organization which provides Employee Relations advice and support throughout the University. In addition she oversees the HR Communications team which manages several signature events and university-wide communications for staff and faculty. The newly created Veteran Liaison role which assesses and provides support services to veterans at Yale also reports to Ms. Cable. Prior to her current role she was responsible for Labor Relations and Staffing and Career Development at Yale. Ms. Cable has extensive experience in recruitment, employee relations, strategic planning, and change management. She holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from Southern Connecticut State University and a J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law.
