Geraldine Sullivan

Assistant Vice President, Employee Relations and Staffing

Geraldine Sullivan is the Assistant Vice President for Employee Relations and Staffing. In this role, she is responsible for leadership of the teams supporting staff recruitment and employee relations across campus. She began her career at Yale in 2008, as a Human Resources Generalist. Over the years, she has provided Human Resources support and leadership to many areas across campus including Athletics, Science Hill, Officer Units and Yale School of Medicine.

Prior to coming to Yale, Geraldine worked in Human Resources with The Broadbent Company in Indianapolis and Western Security in Los Angeles. She spent a number of years in managerial roles of increasing responsibility with Marriott Hotels and Resorts in multiple locations across the US. She is a graduate of Purdue University in Hospitality Management.

Geraldine is a member of Yale’s Latino Networking Group and served as a co-chair for a number of years. She is a board member at New Haven Reads, currently serving as secretary.
