Interim Senior Director, Campus Technology Services
Currently serving as interim Associate CIO, Campus Technology Services (CTS), John Pagliuca develops and executes strategies to meet the changing technology needs of the faculty, students, and staff of Yale University. Through the practice of mature service leadership, John strives to advance effectiveness and efficiency while ensuring a positive and consistent experience for Yale clients.
Prior to joining CTS five years ago, John had 25 years of progressive leadership at Yale in the areas of technical support, systems administration, project management, and management.
John holds an B.A. in General Studies from Albertus Magnus College and a A.S. in Mechanical Engineering from New Haven State Technical College.
