This page is designed for process owners who are responsible for the creation and modification of documentation for the Policies & Procedures website. It also provides information for all community members interested in the policy development process.
Policy 1000 Development, Revision, and Posting of University Policies, Procedures, and Forms establishes and details the development process for University-wide policies, procedures, forms, and guides. Please contact Policy & Compliance Services at controllers.office@yale.edu for assistance with the policy development process. This unit in the Controller’s Office works with policy sponsors to coordinate the drafting, review, approval, and publishing of University-wide policies, procedures, forms, and guides.
Development and Revision
To request revisions to an exisiting policy, procedure, form, or guide, please contact Policy & Compliance Services at controllers.office@yale.edu for assistance.
To suggest a new policy and begin the development process, please complete and submit Form 1000 FR.01 Policy Proposal. Please contact Policy & Compliance Services at controllers.office@yale.edu for assistance.
