Yale Providing Review
To avoid duplicate reviews and streamline the review process, Yale investigator can request that Yale IRB serve as the IRB of record for another institution if that institution is engaged in the conduct of a non-exempt research study involving human subjects. The IRB Authorization Agreement (IAA) is negotiated between the institutions. Investigators are encouraged to discuss the best review options with the IRB representatives and colleagues from collaborating institutions.
