Information For Research Participants

Yale University distinguishes itself as one of the leading research institutions in the world. Throughout the years, Yale researchers have contributed greatly to the advancement of science and general knowledge. Yale discoveries have included: reducing the harsh side effects of chemotherapy, use of the insulin pump in the treatment of diabetes and discovering that infants as young as six months old can distinguish between “good” and “bad” characters.

These advancements could not be possible without the contributions from people like you who volunteer to take part in Yale research initiatives. Yale is committed to assuring that the rights and interests of its research volunteers are upheld and protected. We thank you for your time and good will in helping us advance science and knowledge.
