Access MyTime/MyTime Lite
Prior to accessing MyTime or MyTime Lite from off campus, you must log in to Yale’s Virtual Private Network (VPN) to create a secure connection between your computer/device and the Yale network. Learn more about VPN.

- Local 35 supervisors managing timecards
- Local 35 Business Office staff
- Individuals who manage schedules for business offices
- Payroll administrators
- HRISS/system administrators
- Centralized leave administrators
MyTime is only accessible from Internet Explorer.
Firefox and Google Chrome are not compatible.
MyTime Lite Transition
Effective July 29, 2020, most managerial and professional staff, clerical and technical staff, temporary staff and active retirees, and faculty supervisors who approve timecards will be redirected from MyTime to MyTime Lite. See Timekeeping Resources and Tips for details.
