Your New Parent Packet

Managing work with the arrival of a new child can be difficult. To help make the transition a little easier, Yale’s WorkLife Program offers current Yale faculty, staff, students, and postdocs who adopt or give birth a New Parent Packet, which contains information to ease the daily challenge of managing work and family life.

The packet includes information for parents about the Yale Babysitting Service, finding childcare, and back-up childcare, for working parents. New parents also have the option to receive a gift for their new child.
