Store your items with Transport, Receiving & Storage (TR&S)
TR&S provides storage space for furniture, bulk supplies, equipment and files.
TR&S has over 240,000 square feet of warehouse space to provide the Yale community with safe, secure, orderly and economical storage space. This facility is located in building #750 at the Yale West Campus facility in West Haven, CT.
TR&S will provide pick-up and retrieval service at a minimal cost to the customer and ensure storage that is safe, heated, dry and protected. The cost to your department can be as low as $108.80 a month or .85¢ per square foot per month for storage space.
Any department wanting to store materials at West Campus must fill out a storage contract. The contract must indicate storage end dates for all materials.
