MEDICAL SCHOOL - All YD, CC, PG, PJ, LA, SC, RC requests from Medical School departments must first be submitted to ysmcontroller@yale.edu. If approved, Medical School Financial Operations will send the request to COA.

COA Reminders:

• Do not use any COA segments that are marked “DNU”.
• There are multiple factors to consider when choosing the correct program such as:
• Mission
• Program Summary
• Program Grouping
• Program Name & Definition
• Limited list for use at YSM
