Instructions to View and PDF/Print Your W-2

View or Print Your W-2

  1. Login to Workday
  2. From the Workday home page, click the Pay worklet.
  3. Click My Tax Documents.
  4. Click View/Print. It may take a minute to process the request. * (A ‘Notify Me Later’ box will appear. If this box is clicked you will need follow the steps below under “Access Your W-2 in PDF Format”
    • A new tab will open and display your W-2.
    • To print your W-2, Use the Print Icon at the Far Right of your screen

Note: You need to allow pop-ups to view your W-2. If nothing happens when you click View/Print, look for a message in or around the browser address bar asking if you want to allow pop-ups. Once you have allowed pop-ups, click View/Print again. For help with pop-ups, contact the ITS Help Desk: 203-432-9000.

View and Access Your W-2 in PDF Format

For all browsers: to access your W-2 in PDF format:

  1. Click the Cloud icon next to your name in the upper right corner. (You may see a notification appear saying your W-2 is available in My Reports).
  2. Select My Reports.
  3. Click the file: W-2 Form for current year you are printing.pdf. A new tab will open and display your W-2.
  4. Right-click the W-2 form and select Print, or Save As (to save to your computer)

You will be asked to verify your identity by answering the security questions you chose when you activated your NetID.
