Submission of Sponsored Identity requests to change October 17

Effective Monday, October 17th, please fax Sponsored Identity requests directly to the Employee Service Center at 203-432-5153 and discontinue submitting requests to the sponsored Identity email address.
Along with the new process, you are required to use the new sponsored identity form to fax your request. Once a request is submitted, please direct all questions regarding the Sponsored Identity setup to the Employee Service Center at 203-432-5552.
