Workday Time and Absence
As previously announced, Workday Time and Absence is now available for tracking time worked, requesting time off, and tracking time off balances. MyTime (Kronos) is no longer available. Additionally, the time clocks used by service and maintenance employees have been replaced across campus.
Accessing Workday Time and Absence
To access Workday Time and Absence, select the Workday button from the It’s Your Yale homepage.
Workday Time and Absence Training Resources
Just-in-time learning resources are available on the Workday@Yale training site. Workday Time and Absence Resources include:
- Recorded training sessions
- Interactive guides that allow you to try out key processes
- Updated Workday guides
- Support documentation
