Before you start your new job

Congratulations on accepting a job with Yale University! To prepare to begin your new job, obtain your Yale e-mail address, Net ID, and create your password; complete your onboarding checklist, mark your calendar for New Employee Orientation, and read important policies. See detailed information.

Your first day

As soon as you arrive at Yale, be sure to complete your I-9 documentation, obtain your university ID, and request parking. Get details and locations.

Your first month

As a new employee at Yale University, you have 30 days after your date of hire to enroll yourself and your eligible dependents in the Yale Benefits Program including health, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, and supplemental life insurance. Read details and enroll now.
