Yale is committed to becoming a tobacco-free campus. The Tobacco Free Yale Assistance Program helps you quit tobacco use while lowering your health insurance contribution rate.

Tobacco users who participate in the Trestle Tree Tobacco Cessation Program or complete the Tobacco Free Certification pay a lower contribution rate than non-participants.
