Held on December 1st, the session provided participants with an in-depth overview of the Yale Talent Network—Yale’s new applicant portal.
Talent Partners walked attendees through the features and benefits of the updated technology, showcasing new opportunities and offering practical guidance on navigating the application process. Participants also received expert tips on conducting effective job searches and learned strategies to help them stand out as competitive candidates.

Their team will introduce the Good Path Program, a comprehensive pre-employment training course designed to support individuals entering or reentering the workforce after a period of incarceration.
