These conversations are a vital opportunity to reflect on accomplishments, provide meaningful feedback, and set goals for the year ahead. Contact your Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) and consult resources on goal setting and form templates for additional guidance.
C&T Summer Training: Courses through August 29
Managers, please continue to encourage your C&T staff to explore the extensive summer course offerings available through August 29. Staff can assess their Microsoft Office skills, strengthen their “soft” skills, and chart their path forward with a career mobility model. We encourage you to share this with others, such as faculty or principal investigators, who may oversee C&T staff in your unit. Remember to record your staff’s course time on Workday as training.
