New Manager Bootcamp (June 10-11)
Are you a new manager at Yale? Join Yale’s New Manager Bootcamp, a 2-day in-person program with hands-on training to help you succeed as a people manager at the university. Hosted at 221 Whitney Ave, LL 5/6, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, you’ll explore topics such as Yale’s expectations for managers, partnering with HR, labor relations basics, building trust, setting clear expectations, creating accountability, and delivering effective feedback.
