Expanded Advertising (Paid Options)

For roles that require additional visibility or targeted outreach, Talent Acquisition partners with JobElephant, a third-party recruitment advertising service, to support paid job advertising across a wide range of specialized and diversity-focused job boards.

When exploring expanded advertising options, departments can:

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and sourcing specialists to develop targeted advertising strategies aligned to hiring goals
  • Expand outreach through carefully selected niche, industry-specific, and diversity-focused advertising channels
  • Receive guidance on job board selection, audience targeting, and recruitment marketing best practices

All advertising costs are charged to the hiring department. The appropriate COA and billing point of contact is needed upfront with any request for paid advertising.
