Yale Relocation & Logistics Management offers comprehensive services for intra-state, inter-state, and international moves, including household, laboratory, campus relocations, domestic and international freight. They coordinate with moving companies, freight forwarders and riggers for specialized moving needs. Additionally, they offer expert advice and liaison services for importing and exporting freight. This includes faculty and staff household, lab and office relocations. We also provide counseling services for importing, exporting, ground, air and ocean transportation. We can also act as a liaison with the U. S. Customs Service.
Please note: Tax laws effective January 1, 2018 impacts household relocation expenses and assistance. Relocation expenses and assistance are now considered taxable income to the employee.
