Andrea Terrillion, JD, is the Senior Director of Employee Relations (Investigations and Compliance) leading and directing the Human Resources workplace investigation function and investigating complex, high-level, and highly confidential matters across campus. She is a member of the Human Resources Senior Leadership Team and serves on multiple university-wide risk assessment and management committees. In addition to her role in Human Resources, Andrea is the Senior Director of Leadership Development in the Yale School of Medicine’s Office of Academic and Professional Development (OAPD). Andrea partners with the Deputy Dean for Professionalism and Leadership to formulate the overarching principles and activities of OAPD in the areas of professionalism and leadership development. In her role, she conducts investigations, assessments, and reviews of complex and highly confidential matters involving Yale School of Medicine faculty, oversees the implementation of appropriate, customized resolutions and interventions, and engages in the design of value-based leadership development programs.
