Tricia Napor is a Senior Director of Employee Relations, leading the team that supports the Administrative & Operations functions at Yale University. Tricia also served as the lead on COVID-19 compliance at Yale University from 2020-2023. Prior to Yale, Tricia served as Director of Human Capital at the Rockefeller Foundation where she led the HR function for a 100-person global organization including employee relations, recruitment, and career development. Tricia had an extensive career at Alcoa, most recently as Director of Talent Programs, where she implemented new processes, led talent reviews, and built metrics to further strengthen their hiring process. Other roles at Alcoa included Head of Talent Acquisition and Vice President of Alcoa Foundation. Tricia has an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania. She is a proud New Haven resident, a mom of two boys, a yoga teacher, and a Buddhist practitioner.
