The Provost’s Committee on Conflict of Interest (COI Committee)

    The Provost’s Committee on Conflict of Interest (the “COI Committee“) reviews disclosures to determine whether an apparent or actual conflict of interest exists and, if so, by what means the conflict should be avoided or managed.

    The COI Committee consists of senior faculty members selected by the Provost and represents a wide range of disciplines. One or more members of the Provost’s Staff, together with additional individuals selected by the Provost, also serve on the Committee. View the current Committee roster.
