The Internal Communications team supports departments within Operations at Yale University with the following services:
Recognition and Event Planning
We provide recognition program guidance, support, and resources including town halls, recognition events, and social events for Operations staff.
Writing and Editorial Support
In collaboration with subject matter experts, we offer writing and editorial support for multiple publications, messages, and website content.
We provide consultation and collaborate with Operations colleagues to develop and implement a variety of strategic communications plans.
Based on your goals, we partner with you to develop strategy, identify channels, and create materials to promote events, campaigns, and services.
We design graphics, capture photos, and develop videos, in support of Operational initiatives.
