Since 2005, Yale has invested in the development of affinity groups or employee resource groups. Each of the eight groups support recruitment, retention, education, advocacy, and community building.

Workplace Survey: Be the Change, See the Change, Feel the Change
The 2019 Workplace Survey was open from November 4 through December 6, 2019. They survey gave staff the opportunity to “be the change,” they wish to see at Yale. As each survey is submitted, and each action plan is delivered, we will see and feel changes that make Yale an even greater place to work.
