C&T Performance Feedback: Align your goals with your manager’s goals

Goals are an important part of C&T Performance Feedback. They set a direction and a destination, allowing you to focus on specific tasks and behaviors while monitoring your progress along with your manager throughout the year.

There are two types of goals to set: work goals, and development goals. Your work goals should be comprised of a set of goals that cascade down from the University, through your manager, to you. Development goals are set and lead by you and supported by your manager.
