Don't lose sight of recognition with shift to remote work

- Ask for your staff member’s unique perspective on an upcoming project, program, or event.
- Give your staff member time to attend an online conference, course, or webinar of their choice.
- Ship a work-from-home “care” package with practical and fun items along with a message of gratitude.
