Assistant Chief of Police Serves a Different Community

Assistant Chief of Police, Von Narcisse, recently read his book “The Forgotten Prophecy” to children at the New Haven Public Library. Published in May 2021, the children’s book is about an old scroll and a group of friends who go on an adventure. Narcisse created this story during Hurricane Sandy in an effort to take his family’s mind off of the storm.
