Finance Trick-or-Treat event 2023

    Join us for our second annual Finance Trick-or-Treat on Tuesday, October 24, from 3:30 - 4:45 p.m. The festivities will commence with a meet and greet with Handsome Dan and Officer Heidi, followed by trick-or-treating, pizza, and a pumpkin carving contest.

    Event details

    • Finance staff are encouraged to sign up to bring in and pass out candy, stay for pizza, and participate in the pumpkin carving contest.
    • On the event day, we will provide signs for your office/cub space indicating that you brought in candy.
    • You can pass out candy or leave it on your desk for children to help themselves.
    • If you work remotely or in a different location but would like to participate, please let us know and we will provide you with a cube space for the day.
    • Consider decorating your office door or cube.
    • Finance staff, their spouse, significant other, caregivers, or their adult children are encouraged to bring their children/grandchildren to the office to join the fun.
    • The event will begin in conference room 125, where children will pick up their trick-or-treat bag and have a chance to meet Officer Heidi and Handsome Dan.
    • Pizza will be served after trick-or-treating in conference room 125.
    • Bring your best-carved pumpkin to work to enter our pumpkin carving contest! Pumpkins will be displayed in room 125 and our trick-or-treaters will judge the best pumpkin.
