Hadar was appointed Associate CIO of Enterprise Systems and Platforms in November 2023.
In this role, she contributes to the university’s technology landscape and leads teams dedicated to building and managing systems for Yale Advancement, Cultural Heritage, and Facilities. These include platforms used across the university for data integrations, website development, document management, and the creation of tailored applications. Additionally, she leads the IT Learning and Development team, empowering the IT workforce and fostering growth through training and developmental initiatives.
Hadar previously served as Director, Advancement and Web Technology with oversight over the Advancement Technology, Web Technology, and IT Learning and Development teams. Prior to that role, she was a Project Manager within the Workday HR initiative.
Before Yale, Hadar was a Portfolio Manager at Pfizer and Littler Mendelson. She has a bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Central Connecticut State University.
