Director of Public Safety Systems
David Boyd is the Director of Public Safety Systems for Yale Public Safety.
With more than 25 years of IT and security systems management experience, he has transformed the organization by focusing on continuous improvement at every level and setting clear objectives with measurable results.
Prior to his role in Public Safety, Boyd held previous positions in Central IT, Public Safety IT, and the Office of Development IT team.
Before working at Yale University, Boyd worked in Information Technology at General Dynamics Data Systems Division, supporting US Navy submarine construction programs at Electric Boat.
