221 Whitney training rooms get an AV update

The AV upgrades in the lower level of 221 Whitney are now complete! We hope you enjoy the brand new setup in Rooms 1, 4, and 5/6. Rooms 1 and 4 now feature new TVs, which include Apple TV and laptop connectivity options, along with a built-in computer function, wireless keyboard and mouse, and wall control panel in Room 4. Training Room 5/6 is now equipped with a brand new screen, projector, podium, and sound system with built-in computer and laptop connectivity through the podium control panel. “How-To” guides are available in each of the rooms with connection and usage guidelines for your convenience.
Room 1 has also been transformed from a computer space into a bookable conference room which seats 25 (look for it in the global address list under WHIT221 CON LL1).
HR Operations will be hosting a walkthrough and overview of the new equipment on Monday, January 27, from 3:00 - 3:30 p.m. in Room LL5/6.
