Yale Payroll - Paper paychecks 

Effective immediately, and until further notice, paper paychecks are no longer going to be distributed or available for pickup.

Staff, students, and faculty who currently receive paper paychecks will have two choices for receiving their paycheck:  

• Direct Deposit
• Mailed to their home address of record in Workday.  

An email is going out today to the individuals on this list advising them of the importance of making sure their home address is updated in Workday, as well as how to sign up for direct deposit.  Lead Administrators will receive a list from Payroll this afternoon of the individuals in their areas this will impact.
