2020 IT Knowledge Exchange

On May 21, over 315 members of the Yale IT community virtually gathered to listen to keynote speaker, Susan Grajek, share her thoughts on the “Digital Campus.” Grajek is Vice President for Communities and Research for EDUCAUSE, and previously spent over 25 years at Yale University in a variety of IT management and leadership positions.
Break-out sessions followed, each with a university leader speaking on one of five discussion tracks spanning academics, administration, research, clinical matters, cultural heritage and the performing arts. Small groups then met for lively discussions of the positive outcomes and challenges of the current health crisis, and to offer technology-related advice to support Yale’s continuity planning efforts.
